This salad is one of my all time favourites, its light and fresh and unique from “house with ranch”.
Tomatoes and cucumbers are diced and mixed together. The dressing is simple, crushed garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt and ground cumin. A little bit of everything to taste and then mixed together.
Variations:

add avocado
add bell peppers
add radish
